28 Day Plank Challenge

All 3 year five classes have agreed to do a 28-day fitness challenge. It involves planking (as in the diagram below) and building up stamina to hold that position for increasing periods of time.

The details are set out below and everyday we will remind children of what they need to do. We will ensure that all children get a chance during a school day to complete that day’s challenge. Obviously we are not at school for all of the Challenge so we are relying on you children to keep checking here to see what you should be doing at the weekends and during half term.

If any other classes or adults at school or at homeΒ want to join in please feel free to tell us about your progress!

We will Blog our progress throughout the month!
